we installed a new utlity called ip monitor......(spent 695usd on this :) but well worth the investment ).
This monitors the server continuously every 5 mins and incase of any possible problems such as heavy CPU consumption or RAM consumption..... it will stop the service and restart it.
It will also send me email on my mobile phone and send me warnings if necessary it will also reboot the entire server.
We hope this will make our server more stable to all of my clients and no more downtime to your website.
