We would like to inform you that we have found some of our clients' email have virus.
So, we putting up a new antivirus for checking all emails, and all of you may experience some difficulties using web-based email (yourname.com:8383) admin for the next 2-3 days but this is a one time solution to prevent emails from coming into the server.
But you still can download your emails using MS Outlook or other software.
If you still can not login to your email account and have very urgent email message to reply or answer, you can get your message thru your ftp and go to Special folder and then, go to Users folder
and go to email account folder, you will see one file called main.mbx, you can download it, and you will see your email message.
